RESPONSIBLE FOR:Financial Activities works in conjunction with Operation Team/Customers/Sales/Purchase

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • To ensure invoicing and collection of payments from clients against the operation services
  • To manage and ensure an operational functioning accounting and financial expense at Morshy for Import and Export company.
  • To establish and maintain a proper set of books of accounts for Morshy for Import and Export Company, operation expensesPrepare meaningful financial reports for the office and assist in the consolidation of all Morshy for Import and Export Company and sister companies, operation financial reports.
  • main duties and responsibilitiesTo post daily transactions to the financial system (Odoo system).
  • To generate invoices and billings from the system and send them to business units after approval monthly.
  • To periodically generate statements from the system and send them to clients orients for settlements.
  • Assist in posting, maintaining, and updating authorized changes on the chart of accounts.Ensure the general and sub-ledgers are properly maintained and reconciled.Assist the finance manager in the preparation of management reports and ad-hoc tasks.
  • To ensure all operation expenses are registered accurately and reported to the finance manager.Manage the daily cash expenses for all departments.To execute bank transfers and payments.Follow up and report the monthly taxation report to the taxation authority.Treasury control. 

MINIMUM SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Basic experience and exposure to accounting.
  • Knowledge of financial Systems and any other accounting packages (Odoo).
  • Be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Effective consultation communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fully conversant in English and Arabic
  • Computer literate.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in Egypt.
  • Experience in ERP system (Odoo).
  • Familiar with Egyptian taxation authority reports.
